Business as usual

Well... history seems to be repeating itself. How strange that I should be sitting in the Editor's chair. Most of my childhood was punctuated by the sound of my father trying to tackle the typewriter or, when technology took over, the dictating into the reel to reel tape recorder. How things have changed!

Our retiring Editor, Andrew Newman, has continued our tradition of accurate and balanced reporting, demonstrating his ability to communicate in a readable way to his target market. Over the six years Andrew has been with us his sense of humour has always shown through even with the most serious of subjects. He has made many friends within the industry all of whom will miss him as Editor.

All is not lost however. Andrew will continue working with us behind the scenes, so I hope that everyone will recognise the 'business as usual1 sign over the door.

As incoming Editor I shall, as always, make myself available to you all, so please keep in touch. We have lots of exciting new things in the pipeline that we will be launching over the coming months.
